Authenticity and Returns
Rest assured, all City Girl items are guaranteed authentic. We take pride in offering extraordinary service, including the following return policy:
Returns: If your order doesn't meet your highest expectations, please return it for a refund, subject to a 50% restocking fee and less shipping fees. Items must be unused and returned in the same condition as they were shipped, with all tags attached.
To request a refund, please do so within 7 days of receiving your merchandise. Email us at citygirlvintagecloset@gmail.com and include your Order # in the message.
Please note that City Girl Vintage Closet can only accept returns for items purchased from www.citygirlvintagecloset.com within 7 days from the date of receipt of goods. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment to the person identified on the original order as the "Bill To" Customer. Items must be returned using a traceable service. A City Girl Vintage Closet Customer Service Representative will contact you to process a refund upon receipt of the returned items, if necessary.
The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes.

While we strive to describe all items accurately, it's essential to keep in mind that colors, textures, or patterns can appear differently on every computer screen. We encourage you to examine all pictures carefully before making a purchase and feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.
Sizing and fabrication information is based on item tags and measurements. For items without tags, we will provide our best assessment.
